Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refund requests are handled for MedicPlexus digital learning access, course access, private study sessions and related services.
1. Digital learning access
MedicPlexus provides digital education access and online learning tools. Once you have accessed digital material, course content, MCQs, flashcards, explanations, downloadable resources, videos, Aladdin AI study features, or other digital learning content, payments are not normally refundable.
This is because digital material can be used immediately after access starts. This does not affect any mandatory legal rights that apply to you.
2. Fixed-term access, not subscription renewal
MedicPlexus access plans are not automatic subscriptions unless clearly stated otherwise at purchase. Access is for the initial term you buy. When that term lapses, access ends automatically and there is no automatic payment or automatic renewal.
3. Private study sessions
You may request a refund for a paid private study session if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are not automatically refundable. MedicPlexus or the instructor may consider exceptional circumstances case by case.
If MedicPlexus or the instructor cancels a paid session and cannot offer a suitable replacement, you will be offered a refund for that session.
4. Course-provider courses
Some courses or materials may be provided by independent course owners or instructors through the MedicPlexus platform. Refund requests for these courses will be handled under MedicPlexus policy first, with input from the relevant course provider where appropriate.
Course providers may help us understand whether access started, what content was used, whether a session was delivered, and whether exceptional circumstances apply.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] and include:
- your full name;
- the email address used for your MedicPlexus account;
- your order number, payment reference or session booking details;
- the date of purchase or scheduled session;
- the reason for the refund request.
We may ask for further information before making a decision.
6. Refund method and timing
If a refund is approved, it will usually be returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider, bank or local payment method, including providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Paymob, InstaPay or other WooCommerce-supported payment routes.
7. Misuse and policy exceptions
Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of account sharing, content copying, content downloading or recording without permission, abuse of the platform, breach of Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or use of digital material before requesting cancellation.
8. Your legal rights
This policy does not remove any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country. Because MedicPlexus serves users mainly in the UK and Egypt and may be available worldwide, the legal position can depend on your location, the type of product or service, and whether digital access has already started.
