How do I get started with MedicPlexus?

Create an account, browse the available courses, and enroll in the course or access plan that matches your learning needs. As MedicPlexus grows, more courses and tools will be added by course providers.

Who is MedicPlexus for?

MedicPlexus is designed for doctors and medical students who want structured learning, MCQ practice, flashcards, spaced repetition, weak-topic tracking and AI-supported study in one place.

Is MedicPlexus medical advice?

No. MedicPlexus is an educational platform. MCQs, explanations, flashcards and Aladdin AI support are for simulated learning and exam preparation only, not patient care or clinical decision-making.

How long do I have access to a course?

Course access depends on the access term shown for the course or access plan. Access ends automatically when that term lapses, with no automatic payment or automatic renewal.

What payment methods do you accept?

MedicPlexus may support Stripe, PayPal and WooCommerce payments for UK and worldwide payments, and Paymob or InstaPay for Egypt where available.

How do refunds work?

Contact [email protected] for refund requests. Digital course access is generally non-refundable once accessed. Private study sessions may be refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before the session, subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
